Depth and Vulnerability~

     In order to establish a human connection, a risk or a vulnerability must take place in the interaction or exchange in the relationship. This can be exciting and scary for most people. We learn to trust others often the hard way by finding out their limits.  If we are open to the adventure and have a fairly sound self-esteem, we can broaden our relationship depth. If we are in a difficult place, this can be a challenge due to our level of vulnerability and potential for emotional hurt.
